Maintenance request can be filed online at www.mdcorp.org

All maintenance requests or concerns must be placed through our maintenance line or online. Maintenance personal will respond in a timely manner (our maintenance line is checked twice a day). Please do not flag down maintenance personal or other MDC employees to give them your request as this will only delay the turnaround time to tend to your request.

If you notice leaking of any sort coming from pipes, bathroom vents, ceiling, etc. do not hesitate to call our maintenance line and report the problem. The sooner we are notified the better we are to control the problem.

Other common unreported or under reported issues are outside lights and building lights, If you notice any lights that are out or not working correctly please do not hesitate to call it in as this is a security issue.
