BioLink Facility

The Midwest BioLInk Commercialization and Business Center offers the only multi-tenant closed greenhouse and headhouse facilities in the Midwest. We have over 5,500 square feet of greenhouse and 3,500 square feet of adjacent closed and dedicated headhouse spaces. Approximately 15,000 square feet of flexible space is available for office, laboratory, production or other uses. Plant science companies can lease closed, BSL II greenhouses from 276 square feet and up, and headhouses of 175 square feet each. The facility has common conference and break rooms, and shared equipment including an autoclave and centrifuge, a shop and secure storage.

Through our anchor tenant, Orbitec, the facility also offers controlled environment facilities. Orbitec will have growth chambers for controlled environments available under sub-leases, or can build or manage chambers for BioLink tenants.
